This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo sleeps 6 and provides approx. 1,500 sq. ft. of living space. The kitchen is fully equipped and has 3 bar stools at the countertop and a table that has 2 extra chairs. The living area has a flat-screen TV and DVD player, a wood-burning fireplace, and views of the mountains.
On the main level, you will find one of the 3 bedrooms, which consists of two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath. The master bedroom, located on the second level, has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, Bald Mountain views, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and shower. There is access to a small deck off this bedroom. The second bedroom, also located on the upper level, has a queen bed, ceiling fan, views of Dollar Mountain, and access to a full-size bath in the hallway.
The stack washer/dryer is located in a closet at the front entrance as you enter the condo.
Additionally, guests will have access to the Sun Valley Inn pool, hot tub, and Olympic swimming pool.

Unit 1237 (Trail Creek) General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)
