Four bedroom, three bath unit only .30 miles from the Village. On the first floor, there is a Queen bed in the first bedroom, 2 sets of Twin bunk beds in the second bedroom, and a Queen in the third bedroom with private bath. The other bedrooms have access to a half bath in the hallway. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Full kitchen w/gas appliances & microwave, gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV, DVD player, washer and dryer, and private deck with gas BBQ. The second floor has a Loft with Double bed and TV/VCR as well as the Master Bedroom with Queen bed, full private bath, sitting area and private balcony. This unit features valley and lake views. There is a 2 car garage with stairwell entry way into the condo.

103 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
(May vary with special rates & packages) A deposit equal to one (1) night plus tax is required upon booking. During Holiday periods..one (1) night deposit is due at time of booking if booked outside 30 days of arrival. If booked inside 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking. Value and Regular Season: All cancellations must be received fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. If cancelled inside fourteen days but outside 7 days of arrival, there is a charge equal to one night. If cancelled inside 7 days of arrival the entire reservation is non refundable. Early departures are subject to the same cancellation policy as if cancelled inside 7 days of arrival. Holiday Season: All cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. If cancellations are made after the cancellation deadline, the entire reservation will be non refundable. This also applies to early departure. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities Pets:
Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with
notice to InIdaho at time of reservation. Pets may require an
additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units. Undeclared
pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without
refund.
Air conditioning: Most vacation
rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning. Even
on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures
so air conditioning is not the "norm". If air conditioning is not
listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.
Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days,
and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are
not guaranteed. Please note that amenities such as hot tubs
and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.
While we understand that our customers often choose a property
based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds
based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
Additionally, items such as Internet and television service is sometimes
