This one bedroom two bath townhome is ski in ski out. You can even bring along your furry friend. This unit has mountain and meadow views with easy access to the trails only one quarter mile from the Osprey Lodge and the Osprey Golf Course. This is a two story unit with the master bedroom on the upper level and features a soaker tub. Since this home does not feature a hot tub as an amenity we will offer complimentary access to the community hot tub at the Lodge in season.

Unit #39 (Daze Off) General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
Renter must be at least 21 years old to reserve. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. If you cancel immediately you will incur a 6% processing fee. If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival you will forfeit the deposit. The final payment is due 30 Days prior to arrival. Once Final payment has been taken the reservation is nonrefundable. If you cancel at any time there is a $100 booking fee. (May vary with specials & packages)
