A damage waiver is included in the reservation fee, & is limited to incidental occurrences only. The damage waiver has a maximum total of $2500 damage payment per stay & is applicable for the entire stay (arrival - departure). The damage waiver doesn't cover damage resulting from gross negligence or willful & wanton misconduct. An additional fee may be charged for intentional, negligent or excessive damages & includes, but is not limited to, charges for anyone smoking in a non-smoking unit.

The River Run location on the Wood River Trails Bike & Ski Path is ideal for those seeking to rollerblade, bike or Nordic ski. Fly fisherman will enjoy being less than two blocks from the Big Wood River. A deck, equipped with a full size gas barbeque, offers views of the Boulder Mountains. This unit has been rated "gold" by the management company.
