Description

This 3 story condo offers 3.5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and will sleep 8 people. The master bedroom has a king bed and private deck, the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have a queen bed and the loft bedroom has a queen bed. There is a well equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, blender and toaster. The dining table seats four and there is an eating bar for 3. The living room has an open floor plan with wood floors, a propane fireplace and Satellite TV w/DVD. There is a large indoor hot tub just steps from this unit. There is an attached garage, washer & dryer, charcoal BBQ on the deck overlooking the pond and wireless internet.

Unit 02 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
At booking a $300 deposit is taken for reservations totaling under $1000, a $500 deposit is taken for reservations totaling over $1000. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival at which point entire balance is forfeited. If guest is renting more than 1 property, each property will be charged a separate deposit. Where applicable, $50 per stay for 1 pet, or $75 for two. $100 booking keeping fee for cancellations. Reservation changes will be assessed a $50 fee (per change).  (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
