Description

This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and guests will enjoy views of the golf course from the patio. There is newer furniture throughout the home and the kitchen is fully furnished including dishwasher, microwave, range and stainless steel appliances. A wood-burning fireplace is just off the kitchen in the living room, which has Roku TV for entertainment purposes.

This home sleeps 6 with a king in the master, queen in the second bedroom and a twin trundle in the third bedroom. There is one bedroom on the main level and all the other bedrooms are located upstairs. The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower.

This home really offers the best of McCall with close proximity to the golf course, lake, and downtown!

Guests will have access to the garage with this unit, there is one space in the garage. There is another space behind the garage (small spots).

Birch Haven #B General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
50% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is canceled at any time you will forfeit the 50% deposit and a $50 bookkeeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 31 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically. Damages or loss of the owner's property or the need for excessive cleaning will incur additional charges.  (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
