Description

Upstairs Unit/Entry
The master bedroom on the main floor features an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, a king-size bed, a desk, and a television. The second bedroom, with a queen-size bed, is also on the main floor and adjacent to the guest bathroom. Upstairs is an open loft TV room with a Roku TV and DVD player, a sofa sleeper, plus an additional room with a bunk bed. The living area downstairs features a wood stove in the living room, a small balcony, and a large dining room table that accommodates all your guests. Parking for guests is in a one-car garage below the condo as well as additional parking for one car in front of the garage. The unit is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and has a full-sized washer and dryer.

Unit 041 J Double Take General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
