Conveniently located at the base of Dollar Mountain and close to Sun Valley Village, this delightful Snowcreek condominium is warm and inviting.
The main level has a fully stocked kitchen, dining area for six, comfortable living area where guests may enjoy the wood burning fireplace and flat screen television/dvd player. There is also a deck with patio furniture looking out onto Dollar Mountain. Upstairs is an open loft area with two twin beds, built in shelving and toys for young visitors to enjoy.
Downstairs, are two guest bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite has a King size bed, private bath and walk in closet, and lower patio with sliding glass doors. The second guest room has twin beds with a full bath and laundry area nearby for convenience. Guests will enjoy the Snowcreek heated, summer use pool and year round hot tub. This is a smoke free property and sorry, no pets are allowed.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with specials & packages)
