This luxury bi-level condo has 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms and will comfortably sleep 10 people. The upper floor is a large open floor plan including the kitchen/dining/living room area with a dining table that seats eight. The master bed room has a king bed and private bathroom with a 2 sink vanity, deep 2 person soaking tub, and spacious unique pebble-floor walk-in-shower. The second bedroom is set up with twin beds or bridgable King and uses the hallway bathroom with sink and shower/tub combo.
On the ground level are the garage, laundry room and two large bedrooms. The back bedroom will be great for the kids with two twin trundle beds and entertainment center. (This room does not have a closet)
This fun room is off from the rest of the condo and where else could you hide the kids! Down the hallway is another large deluxe bedroom featuring a queen bed. There is one shared bathroom with a sink and shower.

Unit 1309 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
50% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is canceled at any time you will forfeit the 50% deposit and a $50 bookkeeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 31 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically. Damages or loss of the owner's property or the need for excessive cleaning will incur additional charges. (May vary with specials & packages)
