This new 2 level deluxe condo is 2,400 square feet full of comfort. High-end features include deluxe linens, granite kitchen countertops with stainless-steel appliances, a gas fireplace and suede and leather furniture in the living room, central vacuum, and long garage that can fit 3 cars or a snowmobile trailer and vehicle. There is a spacious deck off the living room that overlooks the common area of the complex.

The ground level of the home is the garage, one large bedroom with queen bed, den with sleeper sofa and TV, laundry room with folding table, and shared bathroom with stall shower.

The main level is a large open floor plan including the living room with TV and sliding door to the deck, dining table that seats eight, and upscale kitchen with six stools around the island. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with 2 sink vanity, deep 2 person soaking tub, and separate unique pebble-floor walk-in shower. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and will use the bathroom in the hallway that has one sink and a tub and shower.

Properties marked as having the 7th night free are based on paid nights. Not all properties participate or allow more than 1 free night per reservation. It may or may not be able to be used in conjunction with other specials. Ask your reservationist.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
