Description

The 1 bedroom units offer a queen bed in a private bedroom, sofa sleeper in the living room and a full bathroom (tub/shower combo). All units have full kitchens with microwaves a dishwasher. All units are air conditioned. These units also offer a dining area & living area with faux fireplace, TV w/DVD player and private deck with mountain & golf course views.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
The first night deposit is charged at the time of reservation. Full payment is due upon arrival. All reservations must be cancelled 48 hours or more in advance of arrival date. No refunds on cancellations received with less than 48 hours advance notice. Group rentals require a 30 day cancellation. Visa, MC, Discover, AMX, cash and traveler's checks are acceptable means of rental payment. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
