Description

Come revel in the beauty of Idaho when you stay in this cozy two-bedroom condo in McCall! You'll enjoy a deck, wood-burning fireplace, and plenty of at-home entertainment, as well as easy access to golf and the slopes.

This comfy end unit boasts lots of windows, sliding glass doors, and vaulted ceilings. Take in your beautiful forested surroundings from the privacy of your deck and watch for deer. There's no Wi-Fi, so you can truly unplug and enjoy the company of your friends and family. Watch a movie together, listen to music on the stereo, or whip up a delicious meal in the kitchen.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs, along with the full bathroom. There is a half bathroom located on the main floor.

This home's great location makes it an ideal year-round choice. You can hike right out the front door, fish at Payette Lake, or head to McCall Golf Club, just four miles away. In the winter, make your way to Brundage Ski Resort, eight miles north, for downhill skiing, snowboarding, and more.

Unit 16 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
