Description

This second floor, 1,250 sq. ft. condominium with two bedrooms and two baths is located close to the River Run lifts and in walking distance to downtown Ketchum. The master bedroom has a king bed with its own bath and the guest bedroom has a queen. There is also a loft with a set of twin beds, making this condo ideal for a family. There are two TV's, a DVD, CD, stereo, microwave, wood-burning fireplace and a washer/dryer. The complex has a heated, on-site summer-use pool and a year-round Jacuzzi. This unit has been rated an "A" by the management company.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay. Additionally, items such as Internet and television service is sometimes removed without notification to us.
