Description

Very standard, rather dated three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse located on the edge of Ketchum. There is a queen-size bed in the master sharing a bath, which includes a Jacuzzi tub, with the second bedroom which has four bunk beds. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. The living room has a Franklin fireplace and dining for six. Appointments include a TV, VCR, stereo/CD, M/W, D/W, and stackable washer/dryer. This is a non-smoking property.

*You do have access to Sun Valley amenities with this unit (however, no access to the fitness room or Lodge amenities).*

Unit 26 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities

Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay. Additionally, items such as Internet and television service is sometimes removed without notification to us.
