Description:
This popular McCall cabin, located in the Rio Vista Subdivision, could be described as cozy in a wooded setting. There is a gazebo, located towards the back-side of the home, for you and your group to enjoy that consists of a fire pit and BBQ grill. There is also a wrap-around deck with patio furniture for you to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air during the summer months.

As you walk into the cabin, the living area is directly in front of you, while the dining area is located off to the right and the kitchen is to your left. Past the kitchen is where you will find 2 of the bedrooms and 1 of the bathrooms, which is shared. Passing through the living area will bring you to a second seating area, which does require taking two steps down to get there. There are doors that can be shut in order for more privacy in this area. There is a door to the wrap-around deck here, as well as off the dining area. Passing through the second seating area you will find the laundry room and a second full bathroom.

As you head upstairs to the loft area, it is very open with views out to the backyard. This is where you will find the third bedroom with an en-suite bath. This bathroom consists of a tub only (no shower). The jets in this tub do not work - sorry for the inconvenience.

Please note: this driveway drops down to the house and turns, so this home is not ideal if you're pulling a trailer.
