It has bedrooms and baths on the lowest level, common areas as one great room on the middle level, and an open loft above the living room accessed by stairs. The condo has 2,200 sq. ft. of living space and sleeps up to 8 guests.

The living room has a 55-inch TV, and wireless internet access for your entertainment, as well as a gas-ignited, wood-burning fireplace to relax by. The dining table seats 6 and there is seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, plus an alcove off the kitchen area for office space. A full-size washer/dryer is in the pantry area of the kitchen. The large deck off of the living room affords mountain views and includes patio seating and a gas grill (no access to BBQ grills until the decks are rebuilt - see note below).

The master bedroom has a king bed, a 55-inch TV, its own full-size bath, and access to a deck with built-in benches and easterly views. The second and third bedrooms each have queen beds and access to a full-size hallway bath. The 3rd bedroom has a 36-inch TV. There is a 3/4 bath at the entrance to this condo. The loft has 2 twin beds that can be bridged to a king bed upon request at booking.

PLEASE NOTE FOR WINTER 20/21: The hot tub at Sunburst will be open after 10/9/2020 for up to 4 people or for one group all staying in the same condo, for 20 minutes per group. Masks required when entering and exiting. The sauna, bathrooms, and pool will all be closed for the winter season. The Elkhorn Village Hot Tub and pool will not be open until summer 2021. The use of the decks at Sunburst is prohibited as they have structural damage. Construction has started on the decks, so there will be construction happening within the complex for the next two years. There is no access to BBQ grills until the decks are rebuilt.
