1 Level Unit (3rd Floor Entry)
This is a very cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in a quiet area adjacent to Payette River. The condo will sleep up to 6 guests. It features a full kitchen, dining area for 6 guests, laundry, wood burning fireplace, single car garage, jetted tub, and a great deck w/river views as well as Wireless Internet. The living area has great views or the river out the big back windows as well as a new flat screen TV with DVD player (no Cable). The master bedroom has a Queen bed and attached bath. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and there is also a small loft with ladder access and two Twin mattresses on the floor, great for older kids! This unit also has access to seasonal tennis courts and pool.

With a convenient location walking distance from Payette Lake and Rotary Park with public beach access and playground, this is a great unit for a weekend getaway or an extended summer stay.

Unit C-11 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
$50 cancellation fee if you cancel at any time. Your credit card will secure your reservation with a non-refundable 25% deposit. The balance of your reservation is due 30 days before you check in and is non refundable. If you cancel prior to 30 days of your arrival date, you will not be charged the remaining balance. You will be held financially responsible for any and all damages and or missing inventory, up to and above your deposit. If it there were more people occupying the unit than allowed, you will be charged $50 per person over the maximum guests allowed. (The rental agreement that you sign states the number of people allowed for the unit). Also if it is determined that a pet or smoking was in the rental unit, your credit card will be charged for the cost to remove all evidence of pets or smoke.  (May vary with specials & packages)

Properties marked as having the 7th night free are based on paid nights. Not all properties participate or allow more than 1 free night per reservation. It may or may not be able to be used in conjunction with other specials. Ask your reservationist.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
