A damage waiver is included in the reservation fee, & is limited to incidental occurrences only. The damage waiver has a maximum total of $2500 damage payment per stay & is applicable for the entire stay (arrival - departure). The damage waiver doesn't cover damage resulting from gross negligence or willful & wanton misconduct. An additional fee may be charged for intentional, negligent or excessive damages & includes, but is not limited to, charges for anyone smoking in a non-smoking unit.

Description
This is a comfortable ground level one-bedroom condominium with quality furnishings and accessories. A medium-size deck off the living room provides good afternoon light and a comfortable setting for outdoor dining. The condominium is located at the rear of the complex, providing privacy and quiet. The large covered hot tub is about 75 yards away.
Kitchen:
The beautiful kitchen has all new appliances as of summer 2006, and is fully equipped and open to the living and dining areas. There is a microwave, a four range stove/oven, a full size refrigerator, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.
Dining Room:
The dining area will comfortably seat four and there is room for two people at the breakfast bar.
Living Room:
The living room has a comfortable sofa and an easy chair around the television and fireplace. It has good southern exposure and gets great afternoon light. There is a wood fireplace, a stereo CD changer and a 24-inch TV with VCR.
This unit has been rated "gold" by the management company.
