The Deluxe Lodge Apartment Condominiums are conveniently located adjacent to the Sun Valley Lodge. As a Lodge Apartment guest, you will enjoy the close proximity to all of the Sun Valley Lodge amenities including the world-famous Sun Valley Ice Shows, the comfortably heated Lodge pool and sauna, our very own bowling alley and game room, the Sun Valley Salon & Day spa as well as some of the finest dining in town.
The many Deluxe Lodge Apartment options include three bedroom units with either one king, one queen or two twin beds in each bedroom, a large marble bath for each bedroom, fireplace, living room, kitchen and dining table for six.

SV Lodge Apartment 3 Bedroom General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 fee. Deposits will be forfeited if canceling less than 30 days prior to arrival. Sun Valley Resort policy is to charge for "no shows" as well as early departures made within 7 days of arrival.  For all reservations between December 24th and December 31st, there is a 60 days cancellation policy, at which time the reservation cannot be cancelled nor shortened.  (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
