Description
Two bedroom plus loft, three bath condominium located at the base of the lift in the Warm Springs area of Ketchum with 1055 sq. ft. With second floor entrance, unit features spacious living area with green sateen couch and pine log appointments, 3 TVs, VCR, stereo with CD player, wood-burning fireplace, and balcony with views of Bald Mountain. Kitchen has white counters, white pine cabinets, and new white appliances including microwave and dishwasher. There is dining space for up to 6. There are two bedrooms on this level (queen and bunk beds), each with its full non-adjoining bathroom. The third sleeping area is in the loft above the living room, and has double bed, plus full adjoining bathroom with shower but no tub. The owner has recently added wonderful decorator touches. The property also includes full-size washer & dryer and includes 2 parking spaces. This is a smoke free condominium, and sorry, but pets are not allowed. There is a Jacuzzi, sauna, summer use pool, and tennis on premises. This unit is rated an "A" by the property management company.
