Because InIdaho.com acts only as an agent as described in our Terms and Conditions, when you make a reservation with us via our website, phone or other means the information you provide to us will be used to make a reservation with the company you have reserved. This includes providing your personal information including your name, address, credit card/billing information and any other information pertinent to the order (Number of people travelling etc) to the company you are reserving with.
Violations by users of our Terms and Conditions or those that act criminally against this site, give us the right to share the information we have gathered with law enforcement, ISP Companies and publicly. This includes users who try to hack or exploit our systems and users who spam our site.

The email or physical address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each marketing email. How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
This site offers users the use of a secure server (https). All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential except when it must be shared with a third-party company for transactions related to your reservation.
After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored on our online servers. Your contact information and previous trip information will remain on our online servers.
You may choose not to provide us with any information except information gathered by our server logs which include your IP Address, referral sites, and search terms. We will, however, not be able to provide any service to you such as answering questions, making reservations or entering you into any sweepstakes.
