These townhomes are located at the entrance to downtown Ketchum, within walking distance from shopping, dining, galleries, and nightlife. There is an underground parking garage with individual garages for each unit.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Timbers Townhomes.

8% Resort Fee
A damage waiver is included in the reservation fee, & is limited to incidental occurrences only. The damage waiver has a maximum total of $2500 damage payment per stay & is applicable for the entire stay (arrival - departure). The damage waiver doesn't cover damage resulting from gross negligence or willful & wanton misconduct. An additional fee may be charged for intentional, negligent or excessive damages & includes, but is not limited to, charges for anyone smoking in a non-smoking unit.
