Located on a pristine bay of Lake Pend Oreille, these new luxury condos are just 2 blocks from dowtown Sandpoint. The property includes two outdoor hot tubs, outdoor heated seasonal pool, BBQ area, sandy beaches, common room for sitting and entertaining, complimentary shuttle service to the ski resort and golf course, and proximity to all of Sandpoint's fabulous resturaunts. There is an outdoor firepit, tennis courts nearby, and moorage at Seasons Marina.

POLICIES
Seasons Resort Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3 to 5
Check In/Out Time: 4:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: Directions to the office will be sent out two weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: (VISA or MC only) 50% deposit due at time of reservation and necessary to confirm reservation dates. Reservation is to be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival. A full refund will be given up to 45 days prior to arrival on cancellations received in writing. If cancellation should occur less than 45 days from check-in date, occupant will forfeit full rental amount. All valid cancellations will be subject to a $250 processing fee. (May vary with packages)
