"Unit 15 is in a great location, and Tamarack Bay is well maintained. You can tell, however, that Unit 15 is used primarily as a rental because it is only in fair shape and it was not that clean when we arrived."

About
Tamarack Bay condos are located at the North end of Payette lake, about 6 miles from downtown McCall in a very quiet, secluded location. These condos have access to a seasonal outdoor heated pool, sandy beach and boat dock. A grassy lawn extends from the condos to the beach.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Tamarack Bay Condos.

especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Tamarack Bay Condos Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-7 nights, depends on season.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Details provided prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
