Every day, our staff at InIdaho.com has the pleasure of looking across Payette Lake from our offices at one of Idaho's most beautiful resorts. Shore Lodge provides warm and inviting decor that is a perfect mixture of lodge pole pine, river rock, elegant wood floors, and accents of polished marble. Beautiful Old World paintings, black and white photos and other elements of refined lodge style art, furniture and antiques also grace the surroundings.
Just beyond the cozy couches and soft light of the foyer sitting room, your eyes are drawn to the picture windows that make up the back wall of the main dining room looking out over Payette Lake.
At the lodge you'll find all the five-star amenities you might expect and many more which will pleasantly surprise you. Whether you're looking for a casual gathering place to spend an evening enjoying the company of fellow members and guests, or if you're in need of a relaxing massage, you will find it at the Shore Lodge.
The Ford Theatre found on the lower level of the lodge. All guests are welcome to all movies showing. If the Theatre has availability, and they schedule a movie they get to pick the title but all guests of the lodge are welcome to join. Also, if a movie is already selected they are welcome to join in on the showing.
On the outside grounds of the lodge, you will find the pool surrounded by a large open patio equipped with cushioned chairs. Down the steps from the pool area you find Shore Lodge has sandy beach, hot tub, outdoor dining patio and the private marina.
The exercise facility is fully equipped with everything from free weights to treadmills. There are two tennis courts and an indoor racquetball court, both of which double as either indoor or outdoor basketball courts.

"The Shore Lodge is a great spot! The location is amazing and the amenities cannot be beat. It was a great spot to be with my 10 year old during an unfortunate winter rain storm as there was plenty to do - swim, play on the indoor racquetball court, shuffleboard and Wi. Our room was clean and the service was excellent. The in-room DVR and huge movie collection was also appreciated. "
