Almost Heaven & Annie's Place is a family-friendly, lakefront retreat that sleeps up to twenty guests on Payette Lake in McCall! These neighboring properties are located next to Rotary Park, Shore Lodge, and Lardos restaurant, and share a beautiful private beach and dock on Payette Lake. Come enjoy a group getaway with family and friends at this six-and-a-half-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat!
There is plenty of space for everyone with four living spaces and two kitchens between these two homes to spread out and enjoy both properties. Enjoy the amazing views of Payette Lake from the back decks or beach and dock, watch the swimmers at Rotary Park, take a 5-minute walk to the famous Shore Lodge or Lardos restaurant, and only a couple of minutes drive to Albertson's grocery store!
Bedding Configuration for each home:
Almost Heaven: The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third has a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle bed. There are two different living spaces, one with a sofa sleeper and the other with a daybed.
Annie's: The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third has a full-over-full bunk bed. Lastly, the living space has a sofa sleeper.
Things to Note: Almost Heaven and Annie's Place can be reserved as individual properties as well and have separate entrances for privacy.
Parking Notes: Ample parking with a carport, two garages, and spaces in front of the garages as well. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
