Welcome to Cozy Central Cottage, the perfect Boise escape in the famous North End neighborhood mere minutes from downtown! You will find yourself close to hiking trails, plenty of places to eat and drink in Hyde Park, and the hospital is just up the street for any traveling nurses and doctors who need a place to stay for a weekend. Plus, there will be no need to head out to soak up sweet summer sunshine with the private backyard featuring extensive seating and a gas grill for classic cookouts.
Step inside and you will feel at home immediately with comfortable furnishings, tasteful decor, hardwood floors, and plenty of room for the whole gang to spread out. The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with all of the major appliances including a fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and microwave that will allow the cook of the group to show off their skills when you don't feel like heading out to local eateries. Extra perks include high-speed WiFi, a desk for remote work, and a private washer and dryer to keep everything fresh.
Parking Notes: 1 vehicle in the alleyway to the rear of the home. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
