With a prime location, only 7 miles from downtown Boise and within walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and entertainment, this completely renovated home allows you to experience Boise from a whole different point of view. The stylish and air-conditioned living room is a wonderful spot to unwind with your friends, stream series and movies on the Smart TV, or play board games. Another great place to gather is the sunroom off of the dining area. This spot boasts comfortable seating, views of the backyard, a seasonal fire pit, and direct access to the backyard.
The outdoor haven offers a cozy seasonal fire pit and a gas grill. The well-appointed kitchen is waiting for the chef of the group, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, a Thermador induction cooktop, a farmhouse sink, and a wine fridge. A small, three-person breakfast bar is ideal for sipping coffee. The dining area has a six-person dining table and the space can be easily warmed up by the wood stove in the corner.
Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms make this retreat ideal for families, couples, and groups alike.
Parking Notes: 3 cars in the front yard roundabout and driveway. There is street parking also available. No garage access. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
