Description:
Get away from it all at Fun Amok by relaxing and rejuvenating in this brand new home on approximately 1/4-acre. There are 4.5-bedrooms and 4-baths that will allow up to 10 guests. You'll be just a short drive to downtown McCall and Payette Lake. Rotary Park, which has public beach access is less than a mile away.

Relax on the large deck on two sides of the home. Play horseshoes and Yardzee or sit by the seasonal fire at the back of the house that sits up high off Warren Wagon Rd for a more private feel. Get a peek of the lake through the pines.

Some additional amenities include a Bluetooth CD speaker/player in the living room and a Bluetooth Karaoke speaker upstairs.

There is a large driveway, making it perfect to bring all your toys! Utilize the bike trail right off the driveway during the nicer months or you'll be about a 15-minute drive to Brundage Mountain for some skiing.

Things to Note: The ice maker does not work. There is no A/C at this property - the home has a heat pump system so some cooling is offered, but no official air conditioning.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
