Description:
Bearadise is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that can accommodate up to 10 guests. You will be centrally located within walking distance to downtown McCall and right next door to forest trails!
There is plenty of driveway parking, garage access for 2 cars, and 650 sqft. of exterior deck in the back, making this one of our most popular gathering places.
The main floor has a bright dining room with large windows which opens straight to the kitchen, making it a great place for entertaining. The master bedroom and master bath are across from the dining area and close to the entrance of the home. Take a couple of steps down from the kitchen and find the kid's bunk room, living area, and sunroom/office that leads to the extra-large back deck. There is tons of space on the deck and in the yard to catch up with friends and family and watch the children create memories to last a lifetime.
Upstairs you will find the additional lounge area with a Foosball table for inside fun! There are 2 more bedrooms also upstairs, both with queen beds, as well as another full bathroom.
This is a pet-friendly property, pending approval and with a fee. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
