You'll find comfort in every corner - from cozying up in the living room to the wood-burning stove while watching your favorite Netflix show to the private hot tub for those crisp evenings. The kitchen is stocked for cooking at home and all the basic kitchen supplies are at your service.
This condo is situated just blocks from the lake, your destination for boating, swimming, fishing, and so much more. Explore Ponderosa State Park a few blocks north, where you'll find pine woodlands and lovely hiking trails, or bring your golf clubs to the public course about half a mile east.
There is a gas grill provided, located in the enclosed backyard area.
Parking Notes: There is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway. No garage access. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
