McCall Lakefront Oasis could be your own slice of heaven! This is a free-standing, lakefront home with a private dock and private beach! Enjoy warm summer evenings and sunsets from the covered deck or lakeside patio. Ideally located between the town of McCall and Ponderosa Park.
Start your day with a mountain bike ride from the cabin, into Ponderosa park, and up Huckleberry trail to Lookout Point. Spend the day on the private dock, private beach, or private lakeside patio. Walk or boat to town and enjoy dinner at one of the many excellent restaurants or fire up the BBQ and eat lakeside. After watching a beautiful sunset, cap off the day next to the lakeside fire pit.
The gently sloping backyard actually creates a fun sledding hill in the winter for the little ones.
Notes from the owner: The stairs to the deck are a bit uneven. Currently, the garage is not available to renters. Access to the cabin is therefore through the sliding glass doors on the upper deck. Internet connection may be slow at this property.

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
