Upstairs is where you'll come to the third bedroom, which is a bunk room and consists of a second fireplace.

There is a new dock, terraced landscaping, a gas grill, and a wonderful deck space overlooking the lake, the woods, and the surrounding mountains. Swimming is allowed and the water is about five feet deep. In this private and secluded spot, you'll find safe tie-ups on your 22-foot-long private dock, 2 public boat launches on the way to the house, as well as boats available to rent at the nearby Hayden Lake Marina.

Please note: there is free WiFi, but cell service is limited in the area. There are no outdoor fires allowed. A 4x4 is required to reach this home in winter. There are multiple steps from the driveway to the front door, and more steps to access the dock area. The internal staircase to the lowest level is very narrow and may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
