Enjoy the large dining nook with lots of windows. Extensive decks and patios for outdoor entertaining outdoors. There is also a seasonal fire pit surrounded by wooden benches and a tree hammock for a relaxing nap in the mountains or under the Idaho stars.
The garage has been converted to a game room with Foosball, Ping Pong, couches for lounging, and a heater to keep you warm while you play with family and friends.
Utilize the large driveway to accommodate trailer parking if you are bringing your boat or snowmobiles. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
