Description:
This year-round, beautiful cabin is located in Smith's Ferry, just an hour north of Boise and just across the Payette River from the historic Cougar Mountain Lodge Restaurant. It's a short walk to the Payette River and the popular Cabarton rafting take-out point.

This single-level cabin has a washer, dryer and readily available amenities for kids, such as a high chair and a Pack 'n Play (please request these in advance to ensure they'll be onsite). You'll feel right at home when you step into this spacious living area with a cozy pellet fireplace and big windows that let the sunlight in.

Whether you're having fun around the seasonal outdoor fire pit, enjoying a meal using the gas barbecue grill on the patio, or just relaxing on the porch, your stay is certain to be comfortable and memorable.

Located about 20 minutes north is the town of Cascade, which features magnificent Lake Cascade, Payette National Forest, the Middle Fork of the Payette River, boutique shops, a grocery store, a movie theater, a workout facility, an Olympic-sized hot springs-fed pool (covered in the wintertime for year-round access), a white water park and much more!

Please note: In the wintertime, tire chains are recommended to make it up the very last section of the driveway. Alternatively, there's parking at the bottom of the driveway with a 50-yard walk-up to the cabin.

This home sleeps 8 in beds but will allow up to 10 guests maximum (including children). This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
