$89 → Damage Waiver Fee: This waiver fee will cover accidental damages to the unit during a stay up to $1000-$3000. If the damage to the property exceeds covered amount, the guest is responsible for the balance and the pre-authorized credit card we have on file will be charged. All damages must be reported to manager by each guest immediately in order for the waiver to cover the damage. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, or excessive cleaning, or any damage or flea infestation caused by a pet.
$25 → Pet Fee: Pet fee is per dog/per night. Two dogs max (prior approval required for more than 2 dogs)

Description:
Off the Hook can accommodate up 12 guests and your furry canine friend, making it a perfect getaway in this lodge-like atmosphere with 5.5-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms that fronts the Lake Fork Creek. Make sure to bring your fishin' poles (and license too!) - though you're Off the Hook, the trout won't be! You will be about 5-miles from downtown McCall where you can shop, dine, and go to Payette Lake.

There is a lodge-like atmosphere with a great room and stone hearth with a propane fireplace. There is a large kitchen that is equipped with all that you'll need to cook up some great meals for family and friends. The dedicated dining area has a large table to gather around or you can spill out onto the deck and enjoy a meal al fresco. Gather around the seasonal fire pit at the creek-side day or night or soak in the indoor hot tub after a day of outdoor fun!

There are two master suites with attached bathrooms on the ground floor. The master bathroom also has a door that connects to the hot tub area for easy access. The second bathroom also has a second door so it can be shared with other house guests if needed.

As you head upstairs you will reach the loft area, where you will find foosball, a card table, and big screen TV with a full futon where you can relax and watch TV or convert into a bed for two. There is a door off of the loft area that has the bunk room/den, with a twin-over-full bunk set. There are three bedrooms off the bunk room area. There are two, sloped ceiling rooms on each side, one has a queen bed and the other has 3 twin beds. The center bedroom has a queen bed. The third, full-size bath is also upstairs, located off the bunk room/den.

There is no shortage of parking for your vehicles and toys and backcountry access is within 10-minutes.

Things to Note: This home has exterior surveillance that records motion and sound. Riding off-road vehicles or snowmobiles on the property is not allowed except for ingress or egress on designated driveways. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
