Description:
This spacious 4.5-bedroom, 3 bathroom home is the perfect escape for a family retreat or friend gathering. Don't forget to bring your canine companion, this home is pet-friendly! The home can accommodate up to 12 guests who will thoroughly enjoy everything Lodgepole has to offer from its prime proximity just minutes to Lake Cascade, to the theatre room and large backyard.

The home consists of an open floor concept. The cozy living room has comfortable leather seating options gathered around a pellet stove.

Adjacent to the living room is a dining table with bench-style seating. A built-in breakfast bar off of the kitchen has an additional 4 bar stools.

There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo on the main floor as well. The first bedroom has two queen beds. The second bedroom consists of two sets of twin bunk beds.

The master loft is located on the upper level. While this room does not have a door, a hallway into the room provides privacy. The bedroom has a king bed, a TV with a DVD player, and an attached master bath with a shower/tub combo. Outside of the master bedroom is a lofted office space. Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience.

Head downstairs to the bottom floor to find bedroom three, bedroom four, and a theatre room. These two bedrooms both have queen beds and can access a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Guests will spend plenty of time hosting their own private screening in the theatre room that has another pellet stove, theatre seating, and a big-screen TV and DVD player.

Enjoy the mountain air by stepping outside onto the upper balcony or into the backyard. The upper balcony is furnished with patio seating (during the summer months) so you and your guests can enjoy dining alfresco or just relax in the nice weather. The backyard is complete with a BBQ, a seasonal fire pit with seating, and a hanging chair. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
