$49 → Damage Waiver Fee: This waiver fee will cover accidental damages to the unit during a stay up to $1000-$3000. If the damage to the property exceeds covered amount, the guest is responsible for the balance and the pre-authorized credit card we have on file will be charged. All damages must be reported to manager by each guest immediately in order for the waiver to cover the damage. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, or excessive cleaning, or any damage or flea infestation caused by a pet.
$25 → Pet Fee: A fee of $25 per night, per pet applies.

Description:
A classic Payette Lake charmer, this four-bedroom (plus mudroom with daybed to be counted as a fifth), two bath home accommodates up to ten people in seven beds. Bright and friendly living space has a nautical ambiance. Distressed wood flooring throughout and wood fireplace to take the chill off any time of year. Efficient kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Chefs, if you've forgotten something, you're just a two-minute walk to the grocery store. Don't feel like cooking? Casual or casually elegant dining a short stroll away. Spacious and pet-friendly, the back yard is fenced in for your privacy. Tall fir trees and year-round hot tub.

The master, queen bedroom is located downstairs with an attached bath that can be accessed through the hallway by guests as well. There is also a full-size daybed located in the mudroom downstairs. Upstairs are the three guest bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other two each have two, adult twin beds. Bedroom four is well suited for the kids with a play space and a few toys (please note there is a TV in the photo of the kid's room, but this has been removed). The toys mainly consist of a few blocks and some car toys. There is a full-size bathroom that has hallway access.

Only two blocks from Payette Lake and all that downtown has to offer including live music venues at the Anchor and Crusty's. You are in the middle of it all during Winter Carnival or any time of the year. Walk to the Manchester Ice & Event Centre hockey games or McCall Starz on Ice! productions. Grab a fresh pastry and cup of hot coffee at Stacey Cakes and take an early morning stroll to Art Roberts or Legacy, lakeside parks. Gear and equipment rental shops for fun on and around the lake are nearby. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
