Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 fee. Deposits will be forfeited if canceling less than 30 days prior to arrival. Sun Valley Resort policy is to charge for "no shows" as well as early departures made within 7 days of arrival. For all reservations between December 24th and December 31st, there is a 60 days cancellation policy, at which time the reservation cannot be cancelled nor shortened.
