Description:
This four-bedroom home is nestled in a wooded area surrounded by natural beauty, right near the lake. The public access point is nearby (although please note, that the path is a steep grade and could be challenging), and a canoe caddy can be found in the garage to help you transport the gear. Lake access is approx. 150 yards downhill from the house. Guest access to the lake is limited to a narrow strip of grass between two private properties. It is marked with a 'Public Access' sign and is for launching paddle boards or canoes. No fires are allowed, and the strip is not to be used as a beach for lounging.
The living room is light and bright, with a gas stove fireplace, comfy furnishings, and an entertainment center that opens up to a cable TV. For additional entertainment, there's a small family room on the lower level equipped with flat-screen cable TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, and a library of DVDs that are sure to be a hit on family movie night.
Enjoy cooking with a view of the lake above the kitchen sink. There is also a breakfast bar with additional seating.
There is a recreation room on the lower level of this home. The pool table comes with an interchangeable top that switches the game to Ping-Pong. The wet bar provides adult-sized fun once the children are in bed for the night.
The first bedroom, consisting of a king bed has its own private entrance onto the back deck, which also supplies plenty of natural light for the room. You'll also have a walk-in closet and a private master bathroom. A separate shower and large jetted tub will make guests claiming this room the envy of the group.
The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a double bed in the third bedroom and you can enjoy the wooded view outside. The fourth bedroom is efficiently furnished with two twin beds and plenty of storage and you'll also have a futon in the family room for more sleeping options.
With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, 10 guests (8 adults) will enjoy a comfortable vacation while staying in this wonderful lake home. As an added bonus, this is a dog-friendly home and a kennel is located in the rec room. If you do bring your dogs (50 pounds and under and 2 dogs max).
Rockford Bay is approx. 20 miles south-west of Coeur d'Alene. If you are traveling with a large boat, Rockford Bay Marina is about one mile from the house. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
