The House on the Corner is located only a few blocks from the center of downtown Coeur d'Alene with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Also only a couple blocks away are the warm waters of Coeur d'Alene Lake and access to the boat launch and great hiking at Tubb's Hill.
Originally built in 1909, this home offers an inviting front porch with rocking chairs. Head inside to check out the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters along with hardwood floors. The adjacent dining area has seating for 8 at the table and a couple more at the breakfast bar. The home can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The main level features the living room, kitchen, dining plus two bedrooms each with a Queen bed plus a full bathroom on this level with large stand-up shower. Head downstairs to the informal living area with flat-screen TV, lots of seating, sofa bed, game area, and laundry room. Head back upstairs to the 3rd floor and you'll find three more bedrooms - one with a Queen bed and two guest rooms with two Twin beds each. There is a seating area on this level as well with flat-screen TV and a crib.
Other great features of this home include a great backyard with patio and private hot tub, fenced yard for the dog, patio furniture, Wi-Fi, Blu-Ray player and Netflix Streaming service available, gas BBQ, washer/dryer and central AC! This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
