Paradise Cottage is a beautiful waterfront home on Cascade Lake with great views, water front deck, private dock.

All rooms are tastefully decorated. Some of the best views in the house are from the living room with leather sectional sofa and comfy overstuffed chairs. There is a rock wood-burning fireplace for chilly nights, flat-screen TV w/cable and DVD player, and WIFI. You can also access the back deck from a large glass door. The adjacent kitchen has tons of charm w/hardwood floors, granite counters and tile backsplash. The large wooden dining table has seating for everybody with chairs and a wall-mounted bench and iron chandelier.

On the main level is a guest bedroom with Queen bed and antique furnishings. Also on the main level is a great kids room with six built-in bunk beds along with wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is a full bathroom on this level for both of these rooms to share that can be accessed from the hallway. Head upstairs to the loft seating area with another flat-screen TV, game table, and comfy seating. There is another Queen bed in the loft space along with a large, private bedroom with King bed. This floor has it's own full bathroom as well with walk-in shower.

The covered back patio is great for rain or shine. Enjoy the beautiful views sitting in the patio furniture or grill up dinner on the gas BBQ. A lovely stone pathway and steps leads down to the lake. There is a waterfront deck to hang out on and private dock for boats and/or jet skis.

This home has exterior camera in front drive to monitor guest count. The maximum is 8. Do not attempt to over occupy this home. The home owners set the occupancy based on HOA regulations.

Please note that Lake Cascade is a reservoir. The dock use for drop off and pick up is available only in June and July. In early August, the water level depletes in front of this property and often drops down to 1' at which point the dock and lake become marshy, shallow, and unusable. At this time, you may drop your boat off in nearby boat ramps.

The dock is only available from July to August depending on the water level. It is not available to drop boat or park just for pick up and drop off.
