Description:
Surrounded by Aspen trees, this beautiful cabin is located in a very quiet area that is close to town and Payette Lake. It features an open concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings, propane fireplace and flat screen TV with Cable television.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this 2-story home. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main level, along with two bathrooms that have a shared central shower (Jack & Jill style). The other two bedrooms are located upstairs along with another bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, bedroom 2 has a Full bed, bedroom 3 has a Full and a Twin bed, bedroom 4 has a Twin bed plus an elevated sleeping area with another Twin bed.
There is a nice deck to sit and relax while grilling on the BBQ. There is also access to a private (seasonal) beach that is just a few short blocks away (no dock use).
Able to accommodate for 1 car in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. No trailer parking available. Driveway is not long enough. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)

"Our family stayed at the Bristlecone Cabin in Feb. 2018. The cabin was easy to find, and very close to downtown, restaurants, and the grocery store. Bristlecone was the perfect mountain retreat, with a big clean modern kitchen, beautifully furnished bathrooms, and well appointed bedrooms and living areas. The cozy fireplace was just the ticket after a chilly day outside, and we enjoyed the extra touches of great reading material and a very well appointed kitchen. Our family loved it, and we would definitely stay here again!
