Bring the outdoors in - open the north facing wall of windows and French doors. Cook your meals to perfection on the gas grill and enjoy a leisurely meal on the deck.
Well appointed kitchen with full size appliances. Bring your favorite movies and kick back in front of the big, flat screen TV's. Make the most of free Wi-Fi, BluRay and DVD players, games and shuffleboard in the garage. Two-car garage offers ample room for your smaller toys.
This home sleeps ten people comfortably and privately. At the top of the first landing and up a separate stairwell is the first guest bedroom, with a queen bed and two adult-size twin beds, perfect for the kids or a small family. At the top of the second landing is a full bath and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Down the hall you'll find the Master Bedroom with queen bed and attached, full bath.
This beautiful, custom home is less than five minutes from Payette Lake, and one of our more precious state gems; beautiful Ponderosa Sate Park. Just 13 miles from town to lifts, make the most of "The Best Snow in Idaho" at Brundage Mountain Resort.
Please Note: This neighborhood has narrow streets and cart traffic. There is NO OFF STREET PARKING of vehicles, campers, boats or trailers. Any vehicle, personal or recreational, must fit completely in the driveway or garage. Please refer to photo gallery for image of driveway.

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
