Description:
This 2,200 sq.ft., single-level residence offers two-and-a-half-bedrooms and three-and-a-half-baths. This home can accommodate up to six guests with clean, pleasing accommodations with basic furnishings and some updated features. This home also offers Sun Valley Resort amenities! You'll be an easy 5-minute walk to Sun Valley Village which is conveniently located just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door.

A spacious great room is perfect for relaxing on the couch in front of the gas ignited, wood-burning rock fireplace or enjoying nature on Penny Hill through floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. There is a 50-inch Smart TV with cable and also a DVD player for watching movies. A dining table, which seats four, is situated in a corner of the living area. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances, and a gas burner stove, and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and Fiesta ware for whatever cooking desires you might have. The second dining table seats six comfortably, and French doors open up to the home's large front patio.

Adjacent to the living, dining, and kitchen areas are the two bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a king bed, loads of sunshine, and ample closet space. The master bedroom has a 37-inch flatscreen TV with cable and a DVD player. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a shower only. The second bedroom has a 32-inch Smart TV with cable and a DVD player. This en-suite bathroom has a shower/bathtub. The library/den is located off of the entryway hallway and features high ceilings and a large collection of books with a big desk should you need to do any work while here. The leather sofa is a queen sofa sleeper should you need extra accommodations while here. There is a gas insert fireplace to relax by. French doors lead out to the back patio. A bathroom adjacent to the den offers a shower for additional guests. The large, back patio has a gas barbecue and two seasonal tables with seating for eight and is adjacent to the backyard with a lawn and garden area.

Things to Note: The home has central, gas heating with backup electrical baseboard available.

Parking Notes: There is a two-car garage, that also has a washer/dryer and an additional refrigerator.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available for one reservation per property per day, and reservations can be made 24 hours in advance. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids' pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
