Description:
Tamarack Cottages are perfect for small families or two couples. The master bedroom has a king bed and is on the main floor. It has sliding door access to the deck and hot tub as well as a private bath. Upstairs the guest bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The main level has a full kitchen, dining area and living area with another 1/2 bath. Walk out onto your deck and enjoy the woods while being convenient to all the Village amenities and easy walking distance to the Lodge.
This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
