A wonderful space for an extended family or a group of outdoor enthusiasts, this elegant home offers 5,200 sq. ft. of contemporary living space with floor-to-ceiling windows, new furnishings, and multiple fireplaces. After a day on the links or the ski slopes, you'll come home to such special amenities as an in-home audio system (with 1,500 CDs), a gas grill, an Apple TV on several of the five flatscreens, and a master bathroom with a jetted bathtub and a steam shower with stereo speakers.
This two-level home sits across from the 18th fairway of the Elkhorn Golf Course, right beside a bike path that traverses Sun Valley and within walking distance of a stop for the free shuttle bus. You'll be across the road from a cross-country ski trail, one mile south of Dollar Mountain, and four miles east of the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain.
This home includes access to Elkhorn's pools, sauna, park, and tennis and pickleball courts, although golf requires an additional fee. These community amenities do have periods of closure.
Parking Notes: There will be one or two spaces available in the three-car garage. The parking of trailers is not allowed. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
