No matter the season, you will find ample ways to use each day with the shared swimming pool, tennis courts, and walking paths that make this community stand out. If you want a bit of fresh air at home base, the furnished deck will be just the place to sip a morning coffee or grill up a few burgers.
Split into 2 spacious levels, Mountain Air Abode will give larger groups plenty of space to spread out and enjoy their own peace and quiet when need be. The lower level of the home boasts two bedrooms each with attached bathrooms. Plus, there is a living area complete with a sectional sofa and flat-screen TV where you can kick back and watch your favorite movie or plug in your gaming console for hours of enjoyment!
Head upstairs and you will be greeted by the open layout of the main room and gourmet kitchen. The living area offers two wonderful sofas, two stylish leather chairs, a fireplace, and a mounted flat-screen TV. The last two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, are located on this floor including a bunk room that will be a hit for the kids.
All flooring and carpets are new, so we would appreciate guests observing a no-shoes practice while in the household.
Parking notes: There is a garage that has availability for 2 cars and a driveway that can fit an additional 2 compact cars or 1 larger vehicle. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
