This two bedroom cottage sits high on the hillside in the Clearwater subdivision at Tamarack Resort. Outdoor hot tub on the deck with views of the ski run. Indoors you`ll find a larger than most cottages custom kitchen, fireplace, two 1/2 baths, main level master and upstairs queen bedded room. Living room has flat screen TV with DVD player and upstairs queen has TV with DVD player. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the lving room. Please note, this home has several exterior stairs to walk-up so if you have issues with health or small children, this home may not be comfortable for you. This home has a gas grill. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)

"We arrived just shy of 6:00 and found that our code was ineffective at opening the door. We called Justin and he was a doll and helped us out at the moment our hands had frozen and stopped working:). We were planning on cooking and was surprised that the unit didn't have a cutting board. That seems like a staple to anyone who cooks. Other than that we did enjoy the sun, the snow and the spectacular ski days. "
