Island Park is no longer just a stop-off for people on their way to Yellowstone. Although it is only 28 miles northeast of Yellowstone National Park, Island Park can stand on its own merits with a wide scope of activities for summer and winter including world-class trout fishing at Harriman State Park and Henry's Fork, ATV trails, and biking plus over 500 miles of Nordic skiing and snowmobiling trails.
Although Island Park is an easy drive to the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park, it offers many of the services provided in the city but offers an escape from the crowds. We feature lodging at Henry's Fork Lodge, a fisherman's paradise as well as vacation cabins including The Pines at Island Park and Grandma's Cabin. Most of our lodging options are a short drive (10-15 minutes) outside of downtown Island Park.
